My partner and me stayed for one night. This place has great potential but they need to work on several areas. It was very clean the room was very nice and the air con was spot on. Negatives breakfast. Yes it’s a bonus getting a breakfast in a London hotel but this was very poor. No hot water in morning so no shower which was very very disappointing. No explanation as to why . Barman in evening when we returned after watching London show not particularly receptive . A bit of courtesy goes a long way. In summary lots of things to be improved but with a bit of effort this will be achievable

Given the price for a room in this hotel, I was disappointed by the standard of maintenance. Room 443, the TV screen kept breaking up,the remote control didn't work properly, the shower leaked under the door and the flexible shower arm was coming apart revealing the plastic pipe inside. On the plus side, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Another point to note for those with mobility issues, its at least half a mile to the nearest tube station.

This was a 10/10 experience from start to finish. The location is really convenient, right above Victoria station. 10 mins walk to Buckingham palace. Bus stations all around to get us everywhere. When we got there, there were a bit of stairs in front of the entrance. There's an attendant there 24/7 to help you carry suitcases up and down those stairs, which was super appreciated. Check-in process was super easy. We got there a bit earlier than check-in time, and without us even asking, they offered to let us into our room early as it's available already. That made our entire day, as it was super nice to be able to freshen up in the room before heading out for the day! The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The hotel is super well maintained, beautiful lobby. Rooms are spacious enough for 2. Breakfasts were standard. Their room service is from their restaurant downstairs (The Soak), which was amazing food, we had to go down again the next night! Checkout was super quick and easy. I would definitely book again next time!
