Guy at front desk (Alexander I want to say?) was so helpful. Helped with secure parking and recommended great food options. The room was amazing. Very walkable to a lot of great locations in Belgrade. I’d come back again for sure.

Centrally located near Republic Square, comfortable room, a bit small but enough for 2 people, no breakfast service but we had breakfast out. The only downside was we requested a transfer service from the airport at 1:30 am but there was some problem and the transfer didn't arrive, we had to take a normal taxi to the city centre. I would recommend due to central location and good value for money.

Good room

We stayed for one night, and everything was fine. Clean and nice room, good service, and comfortable bed. We booked with a jacuzzi, and and it was great. Only problems was two of the jacuzzi jets fell out while using and one night lamp wasn’t working.

This is a lovely boutique hotel - the room was modern and comfortable. The bed was lovely ! We really loved the location right in the heart of things . There is no breakfast available however just across the road wa a fantastic cafe offering a delicious assortment! The only thing ro note is there is no lift for anyone who isn’t physically able to use stairs We loved our stay and would choose to say again should we revisit beautiful Belgrade

- Business trip in Belgrad - Very close to the center - Wifi bad quality - If you want to use the Jacuzi you need to reach the reception to have water.

This hotel room looked like a fashionable jail cell. Extremely eerie and it felt like I was being watched. The jacuzzi was also spitting out brown stuff making it unusable

Overall positive

Overall good, friendly and helpful staff, good location. One can very clearly hear sounds from outside the room. For my personal taste the beds were a tiny bit hard. The bathroom doors are glass which is kind of weird! Arrived late but staff are on call for check-in or if you need anything after hrs. Nice to have a fridge in the room. Jacuzzi was great.

The location is great(very close to all tourist areas). Concierge is there 7am-11pm so make sure to get in within those hours. My issue with it is that is listed as a 4 star hotel, when it clearly is not(maybe 2). If you want to use the tub, you have to ask the front desk to turn it on and it’s one set temperature. The front desk controls filling the tub and it’s temperature. You can hear the hall noise very clearly and although it looks like the inside has been renovated and it’s currently non-smoking, it still holds a smell to it.
