Tesla smart stay hotel is an exceptional hotel to stay at the rooms the staff the breakfast are all excellent couldn't find fault with anything would definitely stay there again

We’ve stayed for one night (Saturday) and had great experience with this place! I was traveling with my mom and my two sons, so it was important to me that place is quite, clean and in good location. The Temple of Saint Sava is 3 minutes walking. And we got all of this with our stay! Receptionist was super helpful and nice, our room cozy and clean with a lot of space for our massive luggage (4 bags). We had 2 beds in our room and they were comfortable. First time here and we would definitely come back!

The room we had (one bedroom with a pullout sofa bed that was ready and set up when we arrived past midnight due to flight delays. Front desk staff was super accommodating and even helped us with our luggage. Room was very clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with complimentary water and a full minibar. Location was within walking distance 5-7 min) from St. Sava and great restaurants. This was great for us with a toddler

Very expensive for no reason, hidden fees all over

They didn't tell me I have to pay for a dog, when I came to the hotel, the dog (2kg) cost 20 Euro per night, parking was 10 Euro...Asked for iron, when they needed the iron, they didn't mind rininging until I woke up, I told the front-desk I'm sleeping, they said it doesn't matter they need the iron...for a total of about 150 Euro per night, couldn't they buy two irons?? We only had one breakfast, (my gf didn't want breakfast), yet they charged me for a coffee with breakfast! No one told me about this, I just asked for a latte with breakfast... Didn't like this attitude at all, especially considering the very high price.

J'adore cet hotel

J'ai passé 2 nuits dans une chambre géniale avec un grand lit puis je suis passé dans un appartement au 4ieme étage pour 7 nuits, l'appartement est vraiment super digne d'un grand hotel et le personnel est vraiment très serviable, je reviendrai dans cet hotel de toutes façons. Le mini bar dans la chambre, ça c'est vraiment cool, je remercie le personnel pour leur accueil et la propreté des chambres. Ah j'allais oublier le petit-déjeuner, il est tres vien varié, on déjeune très bien et toujours très bien encadré.

Wir haben das Hotel auf der Durchreise bewohnt. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Jedoch ist die Tiefgarage schrecklich eng. Ansonsten nahezu perfekt.

Minden nagyon jo volt. A kozpontban van a szalloda. A szoba nagyon szep es nagyon tagas. Minden tiszta volt. Az itt dolgozok nagyon kedvesek es segitokeszek voltak mindenben. Wifi tokeletesen mukodott. A reggeli is nagyon finom volt.

Spacious and confortable for families

Great place! Booked a room for three people (travelling with kids): the room was very spacious, spotless clean, quiet... even the pullout sofa was as comfortable as a normal bed. We'll definitelly stay here again. Great vallue for the money.

We did not get the breakfast they said would be ready for us for our early flight. Otherwise, everything was fine. The beds were comfortable. They do charge a €20 pet fee, which was not listed. No business center, but the front desk will print travel papers for you.
