Great rooms in a great location!

The room was great, clean and beds were comfortable. The stairs up were a pain with a heavy suitcase but that is most european hotels. The area was great and loved Skadarska street. The staff were fantastic as we left a phone charger behind and they responded quickly and we were able to pick it up the next day.

Rimelig hotell Downtown med service hele døgnet

God service i døgnåpen resepsjon. Alle snakker engelsk. Ved vaktskifte orienterer de hverandre om gjestenes behov/ønsker. Lite bad og blir fort dogg på speil ved dusj. Savnet oppheng til håndklær. Enkel standard på rommet, men helt greit. Var rent da vi kom. Det var et lite kjøleskap og en vannkoker på hotellrommet. Kort vei å gå til det meste.

Nice, comfortable place near heart of city

The owner and staff were all polite and helpful. Fast wifi. Excellent hot water and perhaps the best water pressure in the shower I have had in about a month in southeastern Europe. Room was a good size. Only a few minutes walk to many tourist sights and good restaurants.

Ripped off in Belgrade

We arrived late and left ASAP because the room was unclean and the bed sheets did not even fit the beds. Dirty beds. Smelly room. Rude owner. The Hotel still charged us for three nights, when we only stayed for one!

Not the best rooms...but absolutely the best staff

By far the most important thing to say about this hotel is the staff. Last Thursday I arrived early and exhausted but the 3 staff on the desk were polite, kind and funny. It was a great way to start. The location is also excellent. In the evening I was convinced to take a walk around the castle and then visit the 'Splavs' by the most beautiful and helpful lady on reception - thank you, you were absolutely right! The rooms are certainly a disappointment (they are VERY basic) but in my situation I didn't care too much. With hotels you usually get what you pay for and the staff more than make up for the rooms, and for the price, you certainly can't complain.

Das "Hotel" befindet sich im 2.OG eines Gebäudes im Zentrum. Es gibt keine Lift, kein Frühstück, nur nackte Zimmer mit Bett. Es ist auch für 1 Stunde zu mieten (!!!)

Five Star Staff

This hotel has a great location close to Republic square and the pedestrian street. The room included a large TV, great air conditioning, adequate storage, and was comfortable. The owner gave us a Coke, and the best feature was the fantastic front desk ladies. They are like professional travel agents who take care of your travel needs. I like to add local music to my pictures, so one of them filled a memory stick with local artists. We really enjoyed our sightseeing to the fort and local attractions and highly recommend Down Town Apartments Bane.

Friendly staff, great location, differed to photos

Due to a late flight into Belgrade we arranged with the hotel for a taxi transfer for approximately €20 which was added to the bill. This was very efficient and well organised. The staff were really friendly. They offered lots of tips and were very helpful. The location was unbeatable - perfectly in the centre of downtown Belgrade - a few minutes walk took you to the Republic Square. 10 minutes walk South took you to the Cathedral of St Sava and 10 minutes walk North took you to the Kalemegdan Fortress. The price we paid was reasonable the only thing I would say is our room wasn't really an apartment it was just like a normal bedroom and was slightly different than the photos (see photos) so I did feel a little disappointed. Also there was no curtains at the top of the windows so a lot of light came in at this time of year. Overall for the price we paid we were satisfied and the location and friendly staff made it a good stay. We opted to get the bus back to the airport which runs every half an hour from the bus station which was fine and only a 10 minute walk.

The hotel was more like a hostel than a hotel, but the front desk crew were great. The windows had blinds, but no curtains and the window panes above the windows were not covered at all; I was unable to sleep after the sun came up. On a bright note the TV had great channels for an English speaker and the price was cheap.

Vi spenderade endast tid på rummet för att sova, men mottogs bra av all personal, dem var väldigt måna om oss. Dem svarade på alla våra funderingar och frågor om vad som händer i stan. Hotellet är väldigt centralt så det är gångavstånd till allt om man skulle ut på äventyr var det bara att fråga efter axi så ordnades det av personalen.
