Very happy with the apartment condition, the check in process was smooth and easy, the owner helped me organise taxi for next day and ordered me food that arrived very fast. Amazing!!

Very nice stay if you are just resting and needing a shower. The bath tub was filthy but also not a huge deal as it was a four person jacuzzi bath tub which was unexpected! Customer service was great they sent a taxi at the correct time with a reasonable price! Do not take the taxis from the airport call the hotel and have them send one for you, the hotel taxi won’t rip you off like the taxis at the airport.

This Hotel is basically when you just need to rest for a transfer or something in that regard. The room was fine. It had everything you needed.

Kitchenette is old, drawers and cabinets full of mice droppings, Wires hanging everywhere, bed was covered with dirty stained blankets instead of bed sheets, mattress was old and worn. Shower is old and needed a makeover. Didn’t drain properly. Other residents were loud and easily heard through the thin walls. Parking was a problem as we. One star rating was generous. Sadly too many issues overall.

The place doesnt have any reception, you have to pick up the keys from the lockers in the entrance by calling through whatsapp. Lockers most likely is unlocked meaning pin is already set by previous person who stayed. The room wasnt any like in the pictures. Unsafe stairs duplex.

The communication with the staff was good , she let me put my luggage in the building before my Italy trip. I got upgrade to a suite. There is a local restaurant just two block away. a Super market was couple block down if you need some fruits. The staff also helped me to arrange a taxi driver to the airport .---"on time" waiting for me at 7am . I strong recommend to anyone who need to stay for a short period of time. Good Value!!! Thank You for their support! I am happy I found this unit for my stay,

No hot water! Never saw staff on site until I left on Friday morning. Staff did not understand any english. Immediate area was creepy and industrial. Wifi was acceptable. Strange room / had a metal stair case between 2 small areas. NO HOT WATER!!!!!!!!!!!

Very dirty room. Bathroom full of bugs and the shower floor covert with big ants and other bugs. Sheets old and with stains. Ceiling is falling in pieces. The TV is missing but remote still in the room. All looking very old absolutely not what the pictures are showing. For a room of 4 people had only 2 super old towers that has been used like to clean cars. Only one rag to use for the sink towel and no soap at all. Hotels.com must remove this abnb type apartment from the listing. ZERO STARS ON ALL.

Nice and clean apartment for those want to stay close to the airport that is 10min away. We loved the stay here after tiring driving whole day. Bed was very comfortable and quiet. East self-check in. Only small issue was smoke smell in the room. I understand people in this part of the world smoke anywhere and everywhere. But they needs to be considerate when it comes to hotel stay. Smoke responsibly outdoors and not to ruin the hotel room. It’s not easy to get rid of smoke smell anywhere. Please understand that. I would not blame the hotel for this. It didn’t affect our stay however.

There was no check in desk. They said there was until 10 pm and I was there at 16 (4 pm). There was no desk, no signs, nothing except a sign saying “This room is not check in”, with an arrow. There were 3 signs for WiFi routers with passwords. Only one router worked and it was not connected to the internet. I had no way to contact the owners. It’s an airport hotel and I am traveling internationally and do not have access to the internet without WiFi, which is common. They claimed they had a front desk. That was a lie. I didn’t see a person who worked there until they asked me when I was leaving so they could clean. Keep a front desk. Have access to WiFi. I would have ignored the wet dog smell and the hot tub that didn’t work and the hot water kettle with no mugs.

Sleeping on the bed same feeling as sleeping on the wood flour, blankes smells not good. We supposed get king size bed, look at photo. I am not even talking about pillows... feelings like your put head on a rock, don't play pillows fight :) before you fall asleep you don't need to count the sheeps, you can count flights all night long.

Billigt och okej boende

Hjälpsamma med transport från flygplatsen och in till citykärnan. Svarade snabbt trots att vi kom senare än receptionstiderna. Stannade vara en natt pga sent flyg och det ligger mitt mellan flygplatsen och centrala Belgrad. Funkar för nån natts övernattning.

Bonne localisation par rapport à l'aéroport, la responsable communique en anglais. Endroit propre et confortable néanmoins très bruyant. Mes voisins de palier avaient ramené leur chien qui a aboyé une partie de la nuit en leur absence, alors que je devais me lever à 3h pour prendre mon vol ... Entre les portes qui claquent, la musique et les éclats de voix impossible de dormir. Peut être serait il judicieux de rappeler aux gens qu'ils ne sont pas seuls, c'est mal isolé, Merci de leur rappeler de ne pas faire des bruits inutiles pour la tranquillité de tous.

Buongiorno è stata una bellissima esperienza. Una stanza fantastica. Con una vasca con idromassaggio bellissima. Un servizio eccellente con un taxi prenotato alle 4 di mattina arrivato solo con 5 minuti di ritardo.
