"Cliffside BnB was wonderful. Amanda was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast had a variety of food to pick from. There was oatmeal, muffins, meats and cheeses to pick from, fresh fruit, croissants and breads, coffee and tea and more. The view of the ocean was beautiful. Lots of birds, and a nice breeze. I had a very nice experience at this BnB. I would stay again! Thank you Amanda :)"

The sitting area in the room is lovely but the ensuite bathroom is not a 5-star bathroom. It's dated and the towel hanger on the wall is coming loose. The ensuite closet is also dated. These things wouldn't be as bad if the hotel wasn't advertised as 5 star. The best quality is the maintenance fellow who came to fix the fridge and toilet is a lovely,...

"The entire hotel was under construction. We were not informed. To get to our room we had to walk down a flight of stairs, walk through an underground tunnel, go up an elevator and walk to our room. Because of the renovations, the breakfast bar was converted into two apples, two muffins and rice Kristy bars in our room. Also the pool was under repairs for the first night of our stay. Would definitely have booked another hotel had I been informed. However the staff were lovely and the location...
