Lovely little place to stay. We had the only downstairs room which I much preferred. 1 toilet upstairs but we were only there for 2 nights so didn’t mind.
The owner was helpful & offered us to check in an hour early on the day.
Good transport links to central Belfast, just needed to walk up the road and jump on the bus towards the city centre. Overall, we had a great stay.

Liked: Cleanliness
Decent, cosy, basic and inexpensive
It is a funny wee cosy place that does not pretend to be anything other than what it is - a room in a regular house with shared communal facilities.
You need to consider bringing your own food or buying it from the shops nearby. There are some basic eateries along Cregagh/Woodstock Road but no real dining. It is a bit of a schlep to the main road but the 6a bus whisks you into town or back in no time.
I was cosy and comfortable and got all my work done. Decent, honest sort of place.
My low ratings do not indicate any failings on the owners part, merely that it is basic accommodation.
Everything spotlessly clean, but sadly I got chewing gum on my trousers. Some bad person had stuck their soft gum under the lovely little bench in the gazebo. Why?
There’s ample ashtrays and bins there.
This was not the fault of the townhouse:-)
Pleased with my experience
I assumed booking through Hotels.com it would be a hotel but it was a room in a house. One bathroom between 4 rooms was not clear in the description.
The bed was so uncomfortable and a poor quality domestic mattress. No fire door on the bedroom and you could hear everything in the house.
