Problemas do checkin ao checkout.

De razoável para ruim, assim descrevo minha experiência. Pouco humanizada. Quiseram cobrar pela reserva uma segunda vez e tiveram que verificar mais tempo que o normal pois no checkin nao aparecia o pagamento. O quarto é bem desgastado, algumas partes do mobiliário remendado com fita adesiva e tinha traças no quarto, inclusive no banheiro. Fora que o quarto cheirava mal. Era um cheiro de mofo misturado com talco de chulé canforado. Nunca vi nada parecido. Por fim e isso foi o mais absurdo, nao havia sequer uma tomada ao lado da cama. as unicas domadas disponíveis era uma na entrada, junto ao interrruptor da luz e outra ao lado da TV na escrivaninha do quarto. Eu uso um aparelho de CPAP para dormir e ficaria impossibilitado de usar. Reclamei na recepçao e falaram que nao havia outra configuraçao de quarto com tomadas ao lado da cama. Pedi uma extensao e estou esperando até hoje se a governanta teria uma para emprestimo...(descaso). Por fim, tive que ir pra rua comprar um adaptador para a tomada e colocar cama do outro lado do quarto, bem como tirar a cadeira de dentro do quarto para isso ser possível. Enfim, termino o relato dizendo que pedi para sair uma hora mais tarde e foi negado exceto se eu pagasse uma taxa de R$76,00 se nao me engano. Enfim, nao recomendo.

Boa localização, cama confortável, café da manhã bom. Passamos por uma situação desagradável, que apesar de ter sido resolvida, não poderia ter acontecido: deixamos um cristal (pedra de selenita) sob o travesseiro e a pedra sumiu. Depois de alguns dias reclamando e solicitando providências junto à equipe do hotel, o cristal apareceu e nos foi devolvido. Agradecemos o empenho dos envolvidos, mas há de se instruir melhor a equipe de arrumação sobre o ocorrido!

Foi uma experiencia agradável. Cafe da manhã bom com bastante variedade. Ambiente tranquilo e acolhedor. O quarto tem um tamanho compacto, mas cumpre ao tipo de hospedagem a que se destina. Algo rapido de pouscos dias. Hotel muito bom e a localização é excelente. Perto de tudo.

Razoável. Chegamos tarde no hotel, às 23h. No pagamento, não passou meu cartão de crédito. Tive que pagar no Pix. Achei isso bem estranho, porque foi a única vez que o meu cartão não possou um valor até 1.500,00 á noite. Nos dias seguintes usei meu cartão normalmente, com altos valores, e à noite, sem problema nenhum. O quarto do 2 andar, onde ficamos, estava mofado. Banheiro pequeno, tanto que a pia fica fora do banheiro, logo na porta. O caimento da pia escorre a água para o chão, e fica o piso molhado, sem toalha de piso. Pedíamos o tempo todo toalha de piso para a pia e toalha de rosto, que também não tinha. A equipe atendeu os pedidos gentilmente, mas já devia ter no quarto.

Tive uma experiência bastante positiva durante minha estadia no hotel. Desde a chegada, fui bem recebido por uma equipe cordial e prestativa, sempre disposta a ajudar com informações e atender às necessidades com agilidade. O processo de check-in foi rápido e eficiente. O quarto estava limpo, organizado e com boa estrutura. A cama era confortável, a roupa de cama de qualidade, e os itens básicos — como toalhas, sabonetes e papel higiênico — estavam devidamente disponíveis. A climatização funcionava bem e havia isolamento acústico suficiente para garantir uma boa noite de sono. O café da manhã foi outro ponto positivo: variedade de frutas, pães, bolos e bebidas, tudo fresco e bem apresentado. O restaurante do hotel também oferecia boas opções de refeições, com preços razoáveis e atendimento atencioso. A área comum do hotel estava bem conservada, com ambiente agradável. Dependendo da estrutura do local, destaco também a presença de academia, piscina e espaços de convivência como diferenciais que valorizam a experiência do hóspede. A localização do hotel foi conveniente, com fácil acesso a pontos de interesse, transporte e comércios nas redondezas. O hotel de styles só tem nome, parece um budget “melhorado”. Pia pra fora do quarto, banheiro simples, o quarto que eu fiquei sequer podia abrir a janela porque dava pros outros quartos. Não vale o que é cobrado!
