"Wonderful stay at The Royal Atlantis. The room was spacious and very clean. The service staff was superb and we felt very welcomed. Dining options are great but reservations are a must for many of them. There are many beach options in the resort so make sure you visit them all as they are pretty different. The Royal beach is great but it can be a bit crowded because of the water sports offered there. Paradise beach and Cove beach are a bit more secluded but beautiful. Paradise beach is perfect...

"We enjoyed our stay here, we're foodie individuals and felt the dining options could of been a little better. We did enjoy the jerk pork. The welcome drinks was amazing, and the staff was friendly. Walking distance to Atlantis... walked by the marina so beautiful seeing the different yachts and the scenery at night. The little addition of the pool and ping pong table was fun, various games available too. Overall, hubby and I had great time and relaxed. "

"There was a derelict hotel right next to us. The RIU was lovely and well-maintained, but this building right next door was not. Everyone at the RIU was pleasant and kind and so willing to help us. "The property was nice but check in was bad. I was hit by the door on the way in. No one provided ice and there was no sympathy at all. My hand was red from the automatic door that shut on me. "Overall the stay met expectations. The food was average to very good. The main pool was heated, which was a plus because it got chilly at times. The off shore island was beautiful, but due to weather conditions we were diverted to a bus and then a choppy boat ride- took over an hour to get there, and then they closed up early- the last shuttle was listed as 4 pm but they made everyone leave at 3:30. To top it off, there was only one small bus waiting to take us back to the resort- hotel guests...
