"Restaurants Katsuya , Leola , Cleo, Marcus and Carna had excellent food and exceptional service. Unfortunately,Sugar Factory and 25 North had terrible service and food. Rooms used to have a fully stocked bar fridge and bottled water. Now they don’t and only have refillable water bottles to fill to fill with tap water that doesn’t taste good. "It was a terrible stay in this hotel. First of all, it’s so far from 4 stars as it’s said in the description. The beach is really near but it’s a public beach, dirty, and to get there you have to pass an extremely busy road with practically no pavement. For 4 stars hotel it should’ve been at least minimally beautify. When you get to the hotel lobby you are knocked down with a smell of a cheap perfume ( like in the public restroom) and it’s staying there all the time. The elevator was broken for...

"We did 3 nights here, then 2 nights at Atlantis as a changeup, then returned for 2 more nights. It was a good combo. Less ritzy but very acceptable. Great to see another aspect of this island and a little bit more of the Bahamian atmosphere."
