Kozy Bahamas was a very excellent stay for me. Glad i found it. Communication with Lisa was excellent as well. She responded to messages & calls right away. The location of the stay is very close to major shopping centers and food spots. Will definitely be returning.

1. Misleading Listing – Not As Advertised The listing showed a spacious living room, which was one of the reasons we booked the property. In reality, the space was cramped, with only a small two-seater chair instead of the comfortable seating area shown in the photos.. The contrast between expectation and reality was stark and felt deceptive. 2. Broken and Dangerous Cabinet A top kitchen cabinet was visibly broken and hanging—a genuine hazard, especially in a rental setting. When I raised the issue with the host, she admitted it had been broken and simply hadn’t had time to fix it. This lack of preparedness is unacceptable thus unsafe environment. we checked out early 3. Throughout our stay, the unit had no access to hot water—not even close to lukewarm. We had to shower in cold water, which made the experience deeply uncomfortable. 4. Complete Water Shutoff On our second day, the water supply was completely cut off. One of us was preparing to shower, and suddenly there was no running water and no way to flush the toilet. I contacted the host, who responded several hours later, apologizing and stating she was at a medical appointment, and was unsure why that happened. 5. Unhygienic and Moldy Conditions The closet in the hallway had visible mold, and the smell made it unusable. Filty under the bed popcorn bag and other debris .Undesirable Neighborhood The overall environment of the neighborhood felt unsafe and uncomfortable for visitors

When i 1st booked Mrs Lisa contacted me shortly after booking to confirm my reservation and introduce herself. we spoke about transportation while I was there she was able to refer me to a car rental. Mrs Lisa was very helpful and professional the way she contacted me and explained everything, I really appreciated that. When I arrived the place was clean and fit it’s name because it was definitely KOZY clean kitchen small, nice living room area I had twin full beds in my room. cable tv ac works great bathroom was very clean .... I appreciate Mrs Lisa for checking on me the next day after I arrive because she knew I had traveled alone that was very thoughtful of her. My overall experience was great and if and when I ever return I will stay here again

Great value in Nassau!

Best value for money in Nassau. Proprietor couldn’t have been more helpful. If you’re looking for a well priced spot, this is the one, though a rental car or cabs required, as some distance from the centre of town. Overall though very happy and would stay again.
