The staff at this hotel is really amazing! My only complaints are that we had a leak in our bathroom which they tried to fix several times but it never fully got resolved and the food was not so good! But the amenities, staff, and ambience were very nice!

After many years of staying in Beirut, I finally found a hotel that I never hesitate to book again. I’ve stayed here several times and always choose the Executive Room. The hotel itself and the staff are absolutely amazing. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are very clean, and overall the service is excellent. Every stay has been pleasant and relaxing. That said, there are a few small points I truly hope will be improved by my next visit: • Replacing the towels with newer ones • Vacuuming the rooms before mopping, as I’ve noticed dust and hair under the bed and on the floor • Improving the breakfast buffet variety • Adding a proper coffee machine, especially considering the price of the Executive Rooms Overall, my experiences have been very happy and comfortable, and this remains my favourite hotel in Beirut. I’m confident that with these small improvements, it would be absolutely perfect. I look forward to my next stay.

Really nice hotel. Staff were fantastic from the moment we arrived. They upgraded our room free of charge and staff were very helpful at arranging taxis and also giving us tips and suggestions on where to visit. Only down side would be breakfast options were okay, could have been better but aside from that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The property was clean and well maintained. The management and staff were friendly and most helpful. I would recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to be in a central location in Beirut. Lots of good restaurants, shopping and services are well placed around this hotel “Royal Tulip” Would certainly recommend to anyone visiting or doing business In Beirut. The hotel has good facilities, Spa, Gym, Steam Room and Sauna, plus a beautiful open rooftop restaurant with great food and beautiful view of the city. Enjoy!!!
