"The receptionists were friendly and extremely helpful. They assisted us in receiving our parcels from Taobao and Meituan, and even arranged for delivery robots to send our Meituan food orders directly to our room. The housekeeping staff cleaned our room and changed the towels and bedsheets daily, which was especially appreciated as we were traveling with a young toddler who occasionally had diaper leaks and spilled milk. The doormen were also very warm and attentive. They always helped to open the doors, assisted us with our Didi rides, and made sure our toddler did not wander off without us. Although the swimming pool was under renovation during our stay and the hotel does not have a kids’ club, there is a toddler-friendly playground just around the corner, which was very convenient for families with young children. I would highly recommend this place, especially for families traveling with toddlers."

"Property and rooms were very dated and in urgent need of refurbishment. However the location is excellent, food and bfast buffet is very good and the staff are above and beyond. Extremely helpful and always ready to help. I lost my earpods in the hotel and they were able to get it delivered to my local contact in Beijing on the same day that I contacted them. The staff at the shop too is very good - my children enjoyed many hours of bottle painting there. "

"This hotel is newer than I thought- very clean and very friendly staff. We couldn’t order taxi using the phone and the concierge staff including Harry was helpful. The luggage storage is straightforward and secure too. Didn’t have time to try the food this time. We look forward to staying there when we visit Beijing in the future. "
