"We stayed for a last minute break with our dog. The room was spacious and clean. A lovely big bathroom. We had drinks in the bar at night and a nice breakfast the next morning. We really enjoyed it. The staff were lovely, made a fuss of our dog and made us feel more than welcome. "

"We stayed here for 1 night whilst touring the peak district on our motorbikes. Plenty of parking and security cameras to ensure a good night's sleep. Our room was very comfortable and decorated to a high standard. The shower was big with great water pressure. We had an evening meal which we would rate as excellent, plenty of very friendly staff and a short wait for our food. Breakfast the next morning was plentiful and varied. "The Dainton suite was an amazing size for our family and the breakfast was amazing - one of the best I've had! Hotel is in an older building so lots of walking/stairs, but very lovely. Location is very central, lots of parking - £9 a day."
