"This hotel is a good location if you are attending a concert at Rogers Stadium. The room was clean and the staff were good. I was disappointed when my room wasn’t cleaned. I was told they only clean every other night. I wasn’t told that at check in. The price $499/night was overpriced for being over an hour from downtown."

"The parking was convenient and easily accessible, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping the room clean and tidy. That said, there were several areas that left room for improvement. While breakfast is advertised from 6:00AM - 9:30 AM, there is no menu provided, so guests have no way of knowing what to expect. Arriving at opening time means a very limited spread only bananas, oranges, and cupcakes were available. The pancakes, when they did appear, were served cold. The pillows...

"Great front desk staff-let us check in a bit early, however terrible breakfast (they did warn us there wasnt much choice), housekeeping comes too early though. TVs in room could do with improvement, very blurry."

"The room was very clean, as well as the bathroom. The staff were very responsive to my questions and concerns and were always very patient. The signage for amenities, division of space, expected rules of behaviour, and WiFi were extremely clear and helpful. The proximity to the plaza with a T&T made it super easy to find cheap, delicious food, and access to Yonge Street meant easy transit time. The locks made me feel very secure. "The room was very clean and new. There is adequate parking and valet if desired. I intended to have breakfast at the restaurant on the main floor, but the staff member there was inattentive and didn't take my order, so I left. I didn't use any amenities, although there is a pool. If you like to play the slots, your paradise is just an elevator ride away."
