"Checked in with 2 kids at self check in screen at 18:00 after 5 minutes, having paid my tax, machine says can't issue my room key. Go to desk, chap disappears for 10 minutes before saying room dirty so will upgrade to a suite, this is also dirty and being cleaned so can we go through ID checks so they don't have to be done later and I can just pick up room key when it is ready in 15 minutes time, in the meantime here's a voucher for 3 free drinks at bar. "Excellent location! Easy access to central train station and most of the main attractions are within walking distance. Room was very nice. Only complaint was that the bed was too firm, which made it hard to get comfortable. Overall great experience and I would definitely stay there again."

"There is no interest places nearby. The only good things are this apartment is close to train station and the room is very big and cheaper than other hotels in Amsterdam. If you plan to visit museums, red light district and spend most of the time in city center, I would recommend to choose hotels in Amsterdam Central. "

"Allgemein guter Eindruck, schöner Frühstücksraum"

"Great family rooms, great breakfast and lovely staff. Bus stop just outside so travelling around was a breeze. Would def recommend."

"Very modern clean space, Helpful staff. Wonderful restaurant with excellent service. The room was very tight though for three people with one person having to climb a ladder to get to bed. No sitting space within the room except on your bed. So the lobby became our hang out space , which was comfortable and had many charging ports. In very cold weather we took an uber to the ferry which was an easy five minute crossing."

"positive experience"

"No free water, so expensive, extra charges upon arrival. Cash not accepted in the restaurant. Staying on the top bunk was so troublesome, having to climb up and down a ladder that was uncomfortable. The rungs were round so it hurt my feet, if it was flat it would be much better. It's much better to get the bottom bunk. There's no door so you can hear when people are talking very loudly. It's not separated males vs female, so as I got up to use the washroom at night, some guy was just walking...
