"Beds were very soft, cheap mattresses maybe. Wrinkled bedding made first bad impression. Second lock on inside door broken. Bare bones room...no frig or microwave BUT Bathroom clean, soap, shampoo provided. Breakfast sufficient..waffles, toast, cereal, juice"

"The hotel has many external amenities close by. The property looks dated. The waterpark is small. Rooms were generally quite large and good for a family. Very limited on site meal options. Water park and banquet halls snack locations appeared to close prior to advertised. The BP had a sign stating dine in or take out til 11pm. I read that as ability to order food up til 11. Kitchen closed at 10:30 and bar 10:45. Check out was slow. 11:00 am check out for everyone means long line. Parking was $25 extra per night"

"Great place to stay! We stayed 1 night and loved watching the boats go by right on the balcony! Very clean and quiet. We loved the city of thorold. It was fun to walk around the area. Great dining options walkable to hotel as well."
