"like a student accommodation, very small and unpresentable. no staff working at 9pm, the entrance was left unstaffed so anyone can go in. room was small and dirty. restaurant kitchen closed at 9pm, stuck with no food as the only food options on takeaway apps was just one indian takeout then you will have to go to ipswich for food."

The location is very convenient, with shops and places to eat just a short walk away, and the free parking made things even easier. "The hotel staff: front of house, cleaners, gardeners all provide an incredible, friendly experience. The hotel is clean, breakfast excellent (coffee less so) and it all looks fabulous too. The staff are professional, good humoured and really are the icing on a pretty terrific cake...coffee could be better....but the two magpies is literally 3 minutes walk"
