Very pleasant stay.

A very nice quaint hotel. Room very clean and comfortable. We had an enjoyable stay which served as a base of trips along the Suffolk coast and to Norwich.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at the Angel Inn. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The food was very good and the staff were welcoming and friendly. We would definitely stay again when in the area.

Disco noise unbearable

When we arrived we were told that they were having a disco until midnight. Thought about abandoning the room and booking into a b & b. Our room was directly above the bar where the disco was held. Deafening noise until midnight and talking after that. They need to decide whether they are a disco pub or a hotel pub. They shouldnt be both. The address given was High Street Beccles. That's 8 miles away. This pub is in Wangford.

Fabulous Time At The Angel Inn

Excellent location for our visit. All the staff very welcoming & friendly relaxed atmosphere. The room was ideal. Comfortable, cosy, exceptionally clean. Christine & Peter are excellent hosts and the atmosphere in the bar area warming & friendly. We will definitely stay again when in the area.

Just what the doctor ordered

The hosts were charming and welcoming. Hotel owner was particularly good company and knowledgeable. The room was just what me and hubbie required. Bathroom a joy. The food was very appetising. All in all, a lovely stay.

Good location for coast

Quirky hotel with character and very good food. Locals very friendly and mine host a delight. Breakfast was first rate.

LOVELY OLD COUNTRY INN

This is a delightful old county pub in a very quiet, pretty village. We arrived early but were shown our room and given a complimentary cup of coffee. The room was beautiful. Newly refurbished with old beams and a fireplace. We had a sunken bath and a very comfortable four poster bed. It was very quiet at night with no street lights and no traffic. I would recommend this Inn to anyone. Have already told my friends to stay there if they are in the area.The breakfast was excellent and everyone was very friendly. There was plenty of parking in the car park.

Friendly comfortable place to stay

I booked in to the Angel Inn to be close to friends staying in Wangford and I was delighted with my choice. My room was cosy and clean, the pub downstairs friendly and welcoming and the breakfast excellent. Highly recommend!
