"Very different from all the 5* chains I visit for business. I missed a cofee/tea maker and mini bar, especially considering, Sunday bar closed and no no other options close by."

I read the instructions in the booking that travellers must contact the property at least 24 hours before check in - which is 1 pm to 2.30 pm! I tried to contact a number I found on the website (not provided with booking) which reached an answer phone without an option to leave a message nor text. "Cozy place to stay, 25 mins walk to a city centre along river Elbe if you like or via streets. We arrived early, a reception lady tild us our toom was actually ready for us, we were very happy as we wanted go to a city. A lsy at receptionist was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She recommended us a great place to have a local beer and food, hiddin from main streets and tourists. Check in was super fast. Our room in 2nd floor was very spacious, so was a bathroom with a bath tub....
