"Extremely poor communication "

"Room was basic but functional. It lived up to my expectations. Ideal for an overnight stay. Shower was warm and practical."

"Stayed two nights. Very nice hotel with welcoming staff. Excellent dinner and breakfast. Could have been an even better experience...although a quiet and spacious room, avoid room 19 unless you are aware this room has very little natural light as that is blocked out by structures at the back of the hotel. Little light and no view is not ideal. Advised by staff to book directly with hotel next time if wanting to avoid that sort of misunderstanding!"

"Stayed at Low Wood Bay Resort & Spa for 3 nights and honestly… the thermal journey is the only reason I’d come back. Rooms are pretty meh—dated and not the cleanest. We were in room 166 and there were visible spill stains on the wall (not great), but it did have incredible lake views. It was also super convenient being so close to the elevator to take you to the spa. Read the fine print: access to the main pool (with infrared sauna + eucalyptus steam) is limited to 2.5 hours. Family time is...

"We had an excellent stay at the Cranleigh recently. The room was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. We had to park around the back of the hotel which wasn’t the best for getting out of, but all in all we had a fantastic stay in a great location."

"We have stayed at The Hideaway on numerous occasions, because we love it so much. Lovely staff, who are always so pleasant and helpful, and make you feel at home, as soon as you walk through the door. The en-suite rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean, with contemporary furnishings and really comfortable beds. There are tea and coffee making facilities in each room. The breakfast is outstanding, with so much choice, and in addition, you have complimentary homemade cake to enjoy on every day...
