"We weren't sure of the location of the hotel as it seemed to be placed in a residential area (the appearance) but overall the location was fine for the night we needed to stay for a sports tournament. The check-in was great and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is not new or freshly remodeled but you can tell the staff have done there best to keep it in the best condition possible. If you are looking for a sparkling fresh feel, this may not be for you. It worked for us. Staff who care is the reason this location is doing well. "

"Staff was kind, big fridge with freezer was nice, but this place REEKED of cigarette smoke. We were supposed to stay 3 nights and we canceled after the first night. My clothes were so stinky just from being in the room. Yuck!"

"Best complementary breakfast ever and the staff is pretty sharp attending it, I’ll stay there again just for that…. Rooms are ok but the building itself is not good and the location is sketchy, pretty close to the convention though…. Overall it is a place just to just sleep and get a really good breakfast with a staff that actually care about it"

"My car, along with 5 others in the parking lot were all broken into, windows shattered. Police officer stated it happens all the time when they have large events at the Expo Center & they have repeatedly told the hotels to add more lighting & cameras to the parking lots but they refuse. I will not attend this hotel again as we come to the area multiple times per year for volleyball tournaments "

"Roaches immediately on the counter in the kitchen area. Turned around and left. Smells like weed outside and plenty of characters that will lead me to never go back. Ever. "
