"We had a 2 night stay to celebrate my husband's birthday. Faultless service from the staff in all areas and particularly the restaurant. Spa area and all 3 pools are spotless, just enough loungers, more than enough towels and shade - and on a hot day a beautiful place to chill out after exploring Bath. Bar lounge menus and main restaurant menu are good value, food is excellent."

"The welcome was very Good, Booking in was very quick & then showed us to our room. We'll equipped Bar & TV for sports. The breakfast was fantastic, which included A continental breakfast + an outstanding Full English Breakfast with Tea, Coffee, Orange & Apple Juices + water bottles if Required. "The hotel is amazing and Its location has mountains of character
The room was lovely and clean. The decoration was immaculate and thoughtful.
The breakfast was wonderful with the options many and the quality very high the staff were friendly throughout and the parking excellent.
The only thing that could be an issue might be air conditioning, but I’m saying that when writing this in the middle of a heat wave. The thick walls are a mitigation for this."

"Great and memorable stay. The food was excellent, especially the dinner and I would rate this place 10/10. The staff were very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to assist us, showing great flexibility throughout our stay. The rooms were exceptional, truly beyond words.
