Double Tree across the way pool was available to use. As soon as you walk in the door there we were greeted and told all about additional benefits for future stays. The Spark Manager was at breakfast to greet and speak with people. Very nice person. "

"This propertty is always fixing or do something new and it always looks messy . The studio room is a joke and not worth the money. The app is not user friendly, the so call, things happening around is not clearly noted and you can moß the events. Just too chaotic. "

"Unfortunately, our recent stay was very disappointing. When we arrived, we discovered cockroaches in our room. Instead of immediately moving us, we were asked if we wanted someone to come spray the room the next morning. We were eventually moved to a different room in another building, but this should have been handled much better from the start. Another major issue was the hotel shuttle service. The website advertised shuttles to Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and Disney parks, which was the main reason we booked this hotel. However, when we arrived, the shuttle desk informed us they only provide transportation to Universal. This was extremely misleading and caused additional transportation expenses during our trip. We also had problems at the breakfast buffet. The first day we were incorrectly charged for a child breakfast, and the second day we were charged for adult breakfasts instead. When we tried to address the issue, the staff was rude and unhelpful. Overall, between the cleanliness concerns, misleading amenities, and poor customer service, this stay did not meet expectations. "The pool area was fabulous! It was spread out so you are not on top of each other. They wait on you so you don’t need to get up. Lazy river was nice to float around in. Rooms are very clean. I would definitely stay here again."

Yet there were plenty of people who came in AFTER us, who were given keys. After a long travel day, the last thing I want to do is sit around and wait. We were not pleased. "
