"It seemed clean enough. The next morning I woke up with itchy bites all over me that after further research appear to be bed bug bites. No one is at the property full time, you have to call someone to come. After I researched the bites Expedia reached out to the property owner. They never received a response and proceeded to give me the contact info and I never received a response either. Ended up doing a charge back on credit card and it was issued without anyone contesting it."

"The hotel looked like it had recently been renovated. Everything was clean and tidy. I did not like the fact that the in room refrigerator did NOT have a freezer compartment to freeze our ice pack for the cooler we took into the mtns daily. "Very nice"

"The view of Lake Champlain is beautiful. We really liked the breakfast to go bar. Only one complaint. There were flies buzzing around room one. The windows were closed, but we could not see where they were coming in from."

"Many reviews stated it was horrible, it wasn't. My room was very clean, yes it's dated, but I'd rather have a clean room. Breakfast was great and location was perfect. Front desk was extremely helpful after a mishap by Expedia. I'd stay again with the family."

"Its ok"
