"Pillows are really bad, one bed light was broken and just hanging, bathroom mirror was aimed at the floor and wouldn’t stay up, towel heater barely warm in parts. Hallway had a musty smell, not as strong in the room. "

"Beautiful location, quaint little spot. I would give it 4 1/2 stars but I didn’t get a wink sleep because the mattresses were less comfortable than sleeping on the ground in a tent. It wasn’t even what I would call a mattress. The double bed was actually two twin box springs pushed together. Unbelievable that such a beautiful and quaint hotel wouldn’t spend a little bit of money making sure their guests got a comfortable night sleep"

"A pretty good spot to spend an evening, but with the price you pay you would expect things to be a higher quality than what you actually receive. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful, and the view from the dining room is gorgeous. "Such a lovely place, what a location. We first went in late 2020 and had a wonderful suite, this time we were in a standard room. We had a loch view which was lovely as we were celebrating two birthdays! The staff are so friendly, thank you all.
