"We booked this hotel for the night before my 85 year old mums operation close by. I was on a late flight from London. My mum travelling to Munich by train. We were meant to get a check-in code 24 hours before check-in. This did not happen. We emailed at 8 am, and both tried calling the hotel (number listed appears to be inactive). After not hearing anything my mother booked a different hotel as she was anxious. The website states that the reception on a Sunday is only manned u til 12noon! We tried to then contact the hotel for a refund but were told as it was non-refundable they would not honour a refund. Feel disappointed as if they had done what was promised 24 hours beforehand then all this would not have happened. The email with check-in instructions finally arrived at 4pm- 2 hours after we were able to check-in."

"The rooms are alittle warm and it’s hard to control it to make it comfortable. That’s the only downsize to this hotel. Everything is is a fanatic stay!"
