"Consider having 24 hr. coffee self-service Bar. Consider having a limited breakfast all week, when a full breakfast is not available."

"The staff, girl at the front was ok, the lobby was ok. But the moment the we exited the elevator the walls and carpet were dirty and in the middle of the hallway there was a table filled with food garbage and once we entered the room it was dirty and musty, at this point I knew that I was not going to stay there, never in my life have I ever seen a room that filthy and I was not going to stay there, I would have preferred to sleep in my car. The smell of it alone was disgusting! Recommend...

"There was a white flash in the room that I suppose is some sort of alarm, but it is distracting for sleep. Perhaps consider some way to reduce that by even have the light stay on or have it off. Otherwise we found that the room met our needs, the bed was comfortable and everything worked."

"Room was spacious, bed/mattress was comfortable, air/heat unit had a remote-which was useful. Good location near deli, 7-11, boardwalk & beach. Decent stay for the price..."

"We stayed here the weekend of the hurricane 9/24-9/26! When the trip started we had to suddenly change out of another hotel in town when we discovered less than sanitary conditions there. Bay Breeze took us in (when we were exhausted, sad and frustrated at the previous hotel) at the last minute and gave us a spotlessly clean room at a reasonable rate. They couldn't have been kinder and more helpful! We are so grateful to them, and will definitely be back next year! Thank you Bay Breeze <3"
