"Nice place staff was great"

"The room was relatively clean except for the mildew in the shower grout, and my husband found a significant amount of dark hair on his clean bath towel. Otherwise, we fully enjoyed our stay. The breakfast choices were awesome."

"First room the shower faucet wouldn't stay in place and kept falling so the water was scaulding. Also, our air conditioner leaked making the carpet wet, then stopped working. Moved to another room and the bathroom floor tile was broken and hazardous. The rooms were cleaned, just in need of repairs."

"Though the lobby is ok and the staff helping me pleasant, this hotel is musty and water damaged, unfortunately. I could smell it on floors 2 and 3. 3 was the worst. My asthma was so bad, I had to flee my room at 9:00 at night and find another place to sleep. It wasn't a fun way to start off my vacation. Please professionally investigate and remediate the stucco siding for water intrusion and window failures which I saw. There happened to be a storm while I was there and water came in."

"The room and the hotel itself was fine, great even! However staff were not helpful at all. I had tried calling the hotel before i checked in because we needed to add an extra day to our stay. No one ever answered the phone. Then, when we got there in the evening the guy at the front desk said that we would need to check out in the morning to rebook our room. "Not too much parking but I was able to park in the back right by the back entrance. Once I had my key card, I was able to get to my car easily and staff was so kind helping me find a couple of things I needed. They even helped make sure I had the same room because I booked two nights separately. Thank you so much! "

"I rented a room for two nites and the first nite, all my tools were stolen off my trailer. And when I inquired about looking at the security footage, I was told that my vehicle was about to be towed if I didn't move it and was basically ignored on the security footage. There is nothing to really accommodate anyone pulling a trailer when it comes to parking either. Totally unsatisfied with my stay and experience there."
