"The hotel is a beautiful old CP Hotel. The lobby, dining room and all common rooms are beautiful. The room we stayed in definitely needs some renovation. Especially the carpet! The sink in the bathroom was very slow to drain and stuff came up into the sink. Not sure what it was. The breakfast was delicious! Kudos to the chef. We had supper in the dining room, the food was very good. Our server Ting does an excellent job, very pleasant and personable!"

"The hotel is currently under construction so it was not easy to get to the pool, or outside exits. The property is dated, and upgrades are due. Food at the restaurant was very good."

Walked 20 feet to Le Caveau restaurant at night. Free to roam the vineyard at sunset. Quiet at night to sleep. Right over main road to Wolfville and crossroad to Gaspereau Valley."
