"I only reserved this for my kids because of the water park the earliest you can check in is 4 PM but the waterpark closes at 7 PM so by the time you get through the check-in process, you don’t even have time to swim so they told me in the morning the kids would still be able to use the waterpark even though we had to check out come to find out the waterpark is being renovated so it’s not even working and when I called to the front desk. They brushed it off and told me basically to just use the regular pools that are working and dismissed. Me completely. Could’ve been a good experience completely disappointing never again. "

"The room itself was cool, but the air conditioner is very touchy to regulate. The beds were not comfortable after day one it starts setting on on your back.THE PROPERTY although clean THE CHecK INn PARKING & CHECKING INN WAS horrendous unorganized not properly managed and took long and very stressful. There's easier ways that could be managed and well organized it a very bad taste in your mouth when you're trying to check in, especially if you traveled a long way there needs to be a director out there directing guest and welcoming there's three lobby desk although they have a sign. They're not clearly marked which ones to check in we had to move the car three times then the fourth time we moved it was to our actual building where we checked into our room. not to mention we got hit with a fee that was not announced in chicken for $50 for parking. It's not the amount it's a hidden fee for me."

"The hotel was immaculate, very clean and in a good location surrounded by restaurants and stores that are in walking distance. Definitely will book again."

"Great property, especially for the proximity to all the themes parks w/o paying the exorbitant prices. Only complaint, if that, is the lack of hot water in the shower. Luke warm at best. Otherwise, great family friendly resort lots of extra amenities, including a shuttle to certain theme parks. "

"Aside from being close to the theme parks, there is nothing about this resort that is worth the price or worth staying for. The bathroom was so small and the door didnt open all the way. We could also hear the water in the pipes from both the bathtub and sink. It was so loud everytime any other room showered or flushed. The ac would not go below 70⁰ which for summer is insane, and there was basically no air flow in the room. "

"We come very often, we came again but this time it was awful. Was up from 1130 pm until 430am because no one was monitoring guests in the hallways who were super loud and I had two kids we did not sleep. Hotel was nice enough to offer free night for next time."
