"My girlfriend and I had a lovely stay at the Garden House B&B. Chris was very communicative for our check in and gave us a lot of the history of the house as well as tips for the area. That was particularly helpful as we'd never been to Hannibal. The house was very clean, the semi private bathroom was in great condition, the bed was so comfy and we were even given bathrobes! "Traveled with 3 children ages 5-12. Have not seen a pool set up like this before, it was great!! Our room had 3 beds and very spacious. It was undergoing construction but that didnt bother us. It was a motel upgrading to a hotel so had both interior and exterior doors. Normally we would not have choosen this but it actually made it very convenient and we felt safe. Very friendly host and good breakfast. Go for the pool; no hot tub at this time."
"This is an older hotel with very comfortable beds. Its right downtown near the other hotels. It is clean and quiet due to a list of common sense behavior rules that you will have to sign when when you register. Don't expect a four star breakfast at this price, but if you want a place for a good night's sleep, at a great price, and don't want to disturb the other guests, do drugs or party like a fool, then this is your hotel."
