"Offers a great view. Off season trip for my birthday. Rockport Fulton area is nice. Locals are friendly"

"Comfortable room, shower needs a new shower head, clogged up but otherwise great hot water! Staff friendly, convenient location"

"Room was comfortable and spacious. Location is amazingly close to everything."

"Our room was clean. When your walking around the motel employees some not all will be smoking. On our last day there while packing up we left a fishing net on the picnic table. We went back to get it and it was gone. When asking the employees none of them said they saw it. I asked for the camera to be looked at and was told know one could do it till Monday. As of today I still have not heard anything. The employees were not helpful. I do feel it was a certain employee who took it. We will not...

"Absolutely disgusting – filthy room, bugs, and unacceptable conditions. Review: We are extremely disappointed and disgusted with our stay at the OYO in Rockport. From the moment we arrived, the experience was bad. The person who checked us in acted strange, couldn’t answer basic questions about air conditioning, and told us to ‘just go look’ but also said we couldn’t switch rooms. Why would we inspect a room if changing isn’t an option? We were also told to ‘wiggle the door handle’ because it...

"Very clean and friendly staff. Love the location!"

"The Lighthouse Inn is so classy! With all the amenities of a big “chain” hotel, but the feel of a beachfront house. I loved the balcony that each room had. Beautiful views! All of the staff were so friendly. The breakfast hit the spot before going fishing! And the bar in the evenings was laid back. A wonderful place to unwind. We will only stay at the Lighthouse Inn when we go to Rockport!"

"Very clean room. Nice bedding. Great breakfast service. Air conditioning works well. Easy parking."

"Great breakfast"

"We liked the facility. We liked being able to cook our own food in the room. Ironically this led to our only complaint. Another resident across the hall had cooked and burnt some spicy Indian food and it stunk up the whole floor with harsh smoke that left us choking. That’s not the hotels fault but it happened."

"Drinks in the fridge and floor was dirty"

"Mold in room when lodging. When brought up to staff unable to refund due to using expedia."

"Friendly staff always helpful. Rooms always clean."
