"I recently stayed at this hotel and had an awful experience. First of all, the cleanliness was abysmal. The rooms were dirty, and the bathroom was in desperate need of attention. There was a horrible smell throughout the hotel, like stale air mixed with mold. It made it unbearable to stay there.

"The experience was a mixed bag. While the restaurant closes at a reasonable time, the staff wasn't particularly welcoming to families. There were also some strange rules, like not allowing outside food, even though the selection of beverages seemed limited (with few coffee or water glasses available).
