"The staff were lovely! Very kind and attentive. No really anything bad to say at all except… if you can’t do hard beds… this is not for you. The beds were stiff. The shower went scalding hot every 10 seconds but other than that it was completely amazing. The elephants were very well cared for which was the MOST important part for me. "

"Everything at this place was incredible from the staff to the room with the view and the amazing hot tub. Everything was close and if it wasn’t you could get a lovely ride on a very nice golf cart!! Loved the koi pond they were fun to feed and the staff was over the top professional!! "Absolutely enjoyed being tucked away, up in the jungles, overlooking the Ayung River. The service and the staff were truly amazing. I loved the option to take the free shuttle into the city center daily. I also enjoyed the food!! They had great prices that were comparable based on what you ordered!! I spent my birthday dinner at the resort for their sea food special as well as the traditional dance!! The live music & food was great! Free breakfast options are yummy… I stayed 5 days and would definitely come back!! Thank you to everyone who made my 39th birthday, a great solo trip!! "
