"This hotel is located in the heart of Old Batumi, making it an excellent and convenient location. I was able to walk everywhere, and the building has an elevator, which was a big plus.
The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was delicious, with a different selection each day. All of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay.
Overall, a great location, comfortable stay, and wonderful staff!"

"Everything is fine starting from reception to checkout. Staff are pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast is fit for purpose but sitting space is bit crowded with some sitting away from buffet area. Room cleaning timing is long so by 4pm it is still not done."

"It wasn’t until the day of travelling did I manage to speak to someone about how to check-in/gain access. The information about this on Expedia is wrong. I spoke to them on WhatsApp and they seemed to think they were going to contact me about check-in, despite the fact that I was on the plane headed to Batumi when they finally responded. I paid close to £170 extra for a “full breakfast”, which was essentially a microwave meal tray with the plastic top on it, of which was meant to be brought to...

"The staff was super friendly, most of them understood what you were asking & could provide advice or directions.
Wifi was a little tricky.
This was a walkable distance
too nightlife, beaches and stores and places to eat everywhere"
