"Large,.clean and well appointed room. Excellent location, right above Bethesda station. However, if you want to go sightseeing DC, keep in mind that the subway might be under renovation and you would need a taxi or uber. Staff are nice, but customer service.is horrible. I would like to know if I could send parcels to the hotel and they simply have not answered. I tried different channels several time (hotels.com, social media), but people simply refused to answer my doubts. "
