"Hotel is across street from Revolution museum and great location for walking to everything! National Mechanics on 3rd with Ben Franklin court/musuem 5 min walk. Irish bars around the corner on 2nd - Brownies and Plough & Stars!! Self park is 5 min walk in garage - $28 daily. NOTE Check in is 4 PM not 3 pm! Had to wait. Do not get room with just 1 queen - tiny little box of a room. Breakfast was good - although fake eggs? "

"PROS: The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The staff was very pleasant and check in was a breeze. Great location. CONS: cleanliness could be improved as we found 2 packs of blueberries on top of the fridge that must have been there a while, as they were moldy and shrunken. We had NO shower curtain, there was dirt and hair on the wall behind the bathroom door, and I have never stayed in a hotel where there were NO trash bags in the trash cans. (We were in room 1425)"

"Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the reception area felt very disorganized and the check-in process was not smooth. In addition, the hotel is currently under construction, which was not clearly communicated before arrival. The biggest issue was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. At around 2:00 a.m. I was unable to sleep because of the noise coming from the room above. I could hear every step and even the entire conversation of the guest upstairs. It made it very difficult to rest. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations, and better organization, transparency about construction, and improved sound insulation would greatly improve the guest experience."
