Room was clean and location was great. A particular shining light was Debbie, the housekeeping staff. Friendly, warm and the only reason this place isn’t getting 1 star. Breakfast was awful, front desk staff lazy, uninterested and unhelpful, shower was a trickle, bed super soft and lumpy.

We stayed here for one (1) night during our historical tour of the Independence Square area. It was very convenient for our needs. While the individual room was a bit small, it was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very good and met our needs. We will definitely stay here again, should we be coming downtown Philadelphia again.

Good location. Some of the front desk staff a bit "out of it ".. No bad overall. Close to a lot of good restaurants. Not a high end hotel for sure. Did not try the breakfast but if you on a budget it may do...

This hotel was perfect. Every detail! Location was perfect and right down the street from the Liberty Bell and other attractions that can easily be walked too. There was a parking garage one block away which also worked out well. They had coffee/ tea/ cookies/ water available in the lobby all the time. K-cups w coffee pot in the room. Buffet breakfast had a lot of options. Very clean! Nice towels and comfy bed. If I come to Philly again I will without a doubt stay here again!
