"Lovely property and stay. Staff were helpful when needed. I didn't use the facilities; bar and dining so cannot comment on that but everywhere was very clean. No air con but there are fans available if needed."

"When you hear the expression you get what you pay for this was this hotel! Nothing drastically wrong with it but it’s dated. Bathroom was very dated. Bed was uncomfortable, pillows lovely though. Parking excellent. Room was very hot but it was during a heat wave ! If you’re looking for a cheap stay it’s perfect, if you’re looking for a luxury stay go somewhere else!"

"This hotel is good value and in a good location. The beds are comfy, and nice decor. I feel the TV is too small, bathroom tap is very wobbly, and the corridor and doors paintwork is very scratched and shabby. I did put about the paintwork on last review a couple of months ago when we stayed, but nothing has been improved. Just needs a lick of paint and it would be much better! My bathroom door also looks very shabby and disintegrating at the bottom."

"The breakfast was worth having and served 6-10 which was ideal. The accommodation was quite noisy being next to a main road with traffic most of the day and early morning. For anyone visiting with children I would take an extension lead as not enough sockets for the gadgets they might have."

I really appreciated that the receptionist upon check-in remembered my previous room during my previous stay and placed me back there during my current stay. "Very professional staff, helpful, and eager to help. The place was on a main road but I couldn't hear any traffic noise. The rooms where clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting in the garden area. Only drawback was no air con in the rooms but we did have a fan which was adequate. I would recommend thos place to needing to stay in or around this area. If I need to be in the area again I would definitely use this hotel again. Thank you for the great time."
