I felt like the staff was nice and helpful however I feel like hotels should strive for perfection. The tub had marks on it and the pillows had marks too. I like to stay in a hotel with very clean environment, no marks. I think just like other hotels, I want the management to overview all the rooms and make sure everything is up to par cleanbefore the room
I was a middle aged woman traveling alone & had no concerns! Yes it’s an older property but the owners take really good care of it & the rooms are nice & clean & comfortable for an inexpensive stay!
What an amazing stay at this comfortable and affordable hotel. The room was fully clean from the time I walked in, you could spell the fresh clean smell, to the time I checked out. Great house keeping. The staff was very accommodating as well. Great hotel.
It was clean the house keeping was nice and friendly the room was good and clean and warm the desk person was nice I love it

Overall stay was ok. It's more for long-term person's who need a place to rest their head like truck drivers, etc. Lots of dining options and walkable. Area is nice.
I have had positive experiences with this place previously. But, this stay I saw quite a few roaches in the room. Other than that it is a comfortable place.
Check in was okay to start. Get to our room and are immediately met in the parking lot by people living in their vehicles. Smoking non stop and always awake doing things to their cars. The room was not clean. A clump of hair on the bathroom wall was present, looked like a doo doo stain on the wall. My door didn’t seem to lock right. Curtain was burned so you could see in and out. The smell of weed is the air freshener of this hotel. The staff was polite, the pool was clean and decent other than the trash present on the ground. Great water pressure in the shower. The bed, I could have slept on a cardboard box. My son’s room has visible markings on the sheets when arrived but was told we couldn’t change them because housekeeping was already gone. The area was perfect. We walked to restaurants. It was close to everything. I shouldn’t gripe too much. The cost was minimal. All in all, work on getting rid of crackheads and clean better and they’d have a good hotel

I do stay at this particular location often because it's affordable, the rooms are clean enough for a night or so and they at least have okay cable and HBO. The cable does lose signal frequently which gets aggravating if you're actually into watching. But my last day I forgot a pillow of my own and housekeeping and maintenance and management have no idea what happened to it and has given me the runaround for almost a week. Most of the time I can say that it's not that bad a place. The staff could care more even if it's a low budget motel.
Saw several roaches. Room was clean enough, but deteriorating conditions such as sink faucet loose, bathroom door handle falling off. Advertised breakfast but no longer offer breakfast. America's Best is actually a far cry from being in that category.

Liked: Cleanliness
It was okay, the property doesn’t check into rooms to much because we had one lady next to us who had 3 kids and her and her husband which were 2 many for a room that’s made for 4 and then there was a guy beating his girl right outside in the parking lot and when I called the cops they said the hotel is known for it and didn’t do anything about it so if you’re looking for a hotel to commit a felony (don’t do it) in then this is probably the place to go cause cops don’t do 💩 and neither does the hotel. Other then that the rooms are decent and the housekeepers are nice and the same with the front desk staff

Bargain Price - 2 star w/ Potential
Bargain Price, Nice Pool, Convenient Location, Several great restaurant options nearby. Beds were clean, pillows were flat. Walls & floors needed more housekeeping attention. A bit of riff-raff keeping extremely late hours on the fringe…if ya know what I mean. But nobody bothered us.
Reminder: They no longer offer free breakfast. Personally, I think if they’d clean the giant tissue paper “spit balls” off the wall above the door (room107), evict the baby roaches, paint lighter colors over the dark grey & blue walls as well as offer coffee & breakfast options in the tiny lobby, they could raise the price just enough to encourage a more family oriented clientele.
