"This hotel was a great find. Rooms clean, spacious and comfy. Location was perfect for walking into Bath and with parking on site. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.
However the breakfast and service was disappointing and didn’t live up to the standard of everything else. With so many eating places in Bath we definitely advice skipping breakfast here."

"Lovely pool and fitness amenities, gym was well appointed but could be bigger. The rooms were glorious and comfy, though the bathrooms aren’t well thought out. The dining room was pretty woeful, not well maintained (grubby in places), and though the staff were mostly helpful and obliging, service leaves much to be desired and the food was ordinary at best, quality questionable and option were meagre."

"We were very excited about our stay in Bath, and chose a hotel close to the centre. We booked an upgraded room for more space, but when we got into the room we were incredibly disappointed by the state of it. The bedding had a large red stain on it which looked like blood, there was also a red stain on the bathroom counter and hairs all over the bathroom, as well as a shower which only had one door. The air con was on full blast and it was freezing and we couldn’t adjust the temp so just turned...

"Our stay at Windsor Townhouse was absolutely excellent. The accommodation was spotless, welcoming and comfortable, with the comfiest bed I have ever slept in!
Breakfast was delicious.
The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay, with a special mention to Victoria and Katriona, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
It was also so thoughtful of them to look after our cases for us until it was time to leave, which made our departure so much easier.

"The location was perfect! Very quiet and close enough to walk into the center of town. Close to Sydney gardens and the Art museum which we loved.
The kitchen had everything that you could need and the outdoor space was so nice to have since we were there for some very warm weather!
We would definitely stay here again."

"Rooms were spotlessly clean.
Great selection of food for breakfast but it was rather a muddle finding seats in dining area or lounge etc to eat.
Staff very helpful after a mix up on check-in. I’d booked two rooms for us and friends but on arrival only their room was showing on the hotel system. Luckily I’d prepaid and had a receipt so a room found for us. No problem in the end. Couldn’t work out how, when I’d booked two rooms at the same time, one was missing."

They don't tell you there is a room service fee so anything on the menu costs double, meaning a small bread roll is £15."
