"1 they don’t give you a tour so you won’t ever know where anything is. 2 I paid in full via expedia for a superior room weeks before my stay. i get there and they tried to put me and my teenager in a single full bed, i proved i booked the superior and then admitted they over booked and have none. there was ONE room that had two beds, zero wifi accessibility, no light but a nightlight and zero decor.
