"Everything was good. Only isolated issue we had was the people parking at the charding station when they dont have electric car. I did mention to the nightshift staff this morning about having a sign posted to "Parking only for Electric cars to charge their vehicle." Its convenient to have at the hotel and we truly appreciate it and we were able to charge our rental more than once. Thank you. "
"It seemed like the room had not been stayed in for a while so the desk bench and towels had dust but everything else was fine. Bed was comfy and clean, no bed bugs, bathroom was clean, floors and mirrors were clean. Just a little dusty."
"Stayed during the Cincinnati Open. Drive to the event was quick and rady. The hotel is located in a nice wooded area across from a golf course. Staff was friendly and always available. "

"The property and the service are great.
However the check in process was terrible as we had to call Expedia and have the payment sent to the hotel. The credit card was as denied even though I had already paid. This was a long complicated process and very frustrating. I expected to check right in with out hassle.
To make matters worse I was told the room would only cost 75.00 dollars if I had called the hotel directly. I will not be using Expedia in the future nor recommend it to others. "
