Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful.

The Luks Lofts seems like a great idea. 2 bedrooms, jet pool, modern technology. Unfortunately it just doesn't work. The jet pool is freezing cold. The complex technology is difficult to use and prone to failure. Worst of all, we didn't have reliable hot water for 2 days, despite staff attempting to fix it three times. Not being able to have a hot shower is unacceptable given the price I paid. The staff acted like this was a common occurrence, so i would steer clear of this place. Definitely not worth the money.

Nice hotel. The honeymoon suite is really cool. Staff is very friendly and prompt on all requests. There are only two things I have small concerns with. The first is the automated lighting system had a glitch where I couldn't turn off the lights and it took them several trips to my room to fix this. I wasn't able to go to sleep until this was fixed. I should add that they brought me cookies and milk as a sorry. The other thing I was not satisfied with is being charged for extra instant coffee when I exceeded my two daily complimentary coffee's. I just feel that given what I'm paying those things should be included and unlimited. In general, my stay here was very good.

This hotel as a matter of fact is one of the local buildings that has renovated exteriors and interiors with about 12 suites and honeymoon suite the one we got. Unfortunately the breakfast is below average and the free minibar is only 4 bottles of low quality orange juice The water and soft drinks are chargeable This hotel has been trying to be digitized but really annoying system The internet is below average as well The elevator is old and slow I don’t know about other hotels in the area since there is no international hotels series available This may be the best in the area Everyone should search carefully

Great hotel

Luks Loft was such a unique experience. The staff are awesome. We booked the place to celebrate our daughter's birthday. We only mentioned it once when we're booking but the hotel staff was so thoughtful about everything. They provided a beautiful cake and decorations too. The jet pool was a big plus.

nice hotel with good amenities

pros: nice room, big enough to fit 4-5pax inside. easy access to restaurants and other shops customer service is good. i had a problem with my original booking and the agent i talked to helped me resolved it even though i booked the rooms via expedia. they update me time to time even during weekends. superb entertainment system! tv has lots of movies installed and all for free! cons: didnt like their pillows. not comfortable. full of embellishments that easily fall off. not suitable for sleeping. very expensive. a loft which has two rooms with king size bed each, and a sofa bed, only 2 pax are included in their price. if you exceed 2 pax they will charge 3500/pax and that's too much to be honest. why make a big loft suitable for 4-5pax then limit the number of pax included to only just 2? to think that the price per loft isn't as cheap as well. conclusion: nice hotel. can make some room for improvements. will be back if we have more money to spend because it's on the expensive side. but overall, we enjoyed our stay.
