THE FIRST and THE LAST staying in this so call h

Very disappointing stay, one of the worst experiences. Taxi driver could not know the location and made several rounds before getting to the right place. So call a residence but no cooking utensils at all except one stained pan and one stainless pan but nothing else for cooking. Advertised that there is a swimming pool and in fact NO POOL. We had to ask for toilet roll and waited for TWO days. The bathroom floor was full of water. Really disappointed hotel experiences.

Quiet surrounding, not for the picky.

The room that I got was on the 3rd floor (highest), no lifts, the fridge was not working, aircon was noisy, the floor was dusty but slippers provided so ok and the swimming pool and gym are not within premises but a very short walk across the street. Breakfast was a let down as I assumed occupancy was very low. Nothing much to explore in the area except for nearby Kepri Mall. Very quiet area for people who wants peace for a change. Maybe can request for a better room. They have commendable guest relation service though.

Nightmare from the first moment

Very dissappointing the moment want to open the door. Card reader faulty and room key could not open the doors have to wait outside the room for almost half hour before finally open the door. But one leave the room and come back again still having problem with the mechanical key and could not be solve till check out thw next day Room does not supplied with cloth hanger and even the soap!! Tv channel having limited programme with less than 20 channel can be watched

There is lizard at the hotel; No water heater in both room until I voiced out my concern since I my child is with me then change me to an apartment, floor not mopped very dirty. Chocked at the master room floor toilet. Hotel are super quite. Not recommended for next visit.

Its a $25 room.

Basic local Indonesian hotel. A little bit shabby in that it needs a coat of paint and new towels - they were wafer thin. On the plus side the rooms are enormous and unusually it has a shower and a bath. Its exactly what you pay for.

Hidden gem in batam

All staff encountered very friendly. Room way bigger than expected. Free shuttle useful. Good value. Local street food is nice aswell. Will return for sure.

What I paid for, helpful and friendly staff

Got exactly what I paid for & the staff were helpful & friendly. The area is a little inaccessible but hey it’s batam. It’s not that big. 10 to 15 minute ride away from most shopping Malls and golden city.

It take 1.5hrs to ferry terminal, nobody able to help and understand my Indian worker requirement. I requested for a nearby hotel to ferry terminal because my staffs Is first time travel to Indonesia.

Disaster

On checkin the room was damp and musty, the fridge did not work and the bedding was stained. Ordered room service and the food was awful. Would not give us more that 1 fresh towel the following day for a shower before checkout. I have stayed here on previous occasions but never again. I did message the hotel manager but did not even bother to return my message.

Good Service

During Chinese New Year Holidays we booked 3 rooms for 6 adults and upon arriving we have had 3 more added in our team making the total strength to 9 and we requested for additional beds in each room and we were ready to pay. Hotel staff was kind enough to give us a duplex villa type room and charged only for the breakfast for the additional 3 persons and gave us a surprise. Also, the check-in was allowed on our early arrival. When we asked for a bigger vehicle to help all the 9 of us to commute easily we were informed that the vehicle is already booked by other customers and they went a level up by trying to reach some travel companies to hire us a vehicle but to our bad luck there was no availability. The location was slightly away from city center but just 15-20 mins ride from the hotel. There is a mall near by the hotel which is easily in walking distance. Only drawback is the swimming pool as it was not inside the hotel and we need to cross the road to pool which is open to public also.

overall is good nice and quiet..but the pool is quite far abit..need to cross the road although the road is not busy.staffs are friendly & helpful..room are good nice and cooling..would recommend friends to stay at the hotel..I and family had a great time stay there..

Kamarnya sepertinya sudah lama, kami pesan 4 kamar, sprei, sarung semua bau dan kuning, kami harus malam2 minta diganti. room servicenya sepertinya cuma 1 orang saja, karena pergantian sprei, sarung 4 kamar dikerja oleh 1 orang, yang menyebabkan kami harus menunggu, apalagi kami ada bawa anak di bawah 2 tahun. Di ukuran kamar dengan kasur besar, dan ditinggal oleh 2 orang, kami hanya diberikan 1 pasang sendal hotel, itu terjadi di 4 kamar. Sebelum kami check in, kami minta 4 kamar diatur agar bertetangga. tapi hasil nihil. Sampai kejadian inap sampai besoknya, bapa saya penderita stroke, dan ibu saya sedang keluar. bapa sendiri di kamar, hal seperti ini sangat bahaya sekali, andaikan kami diberikan kamar bertetangga, maka kami bisa menjaga bapa kami.

Close to Kepri Mall and Family Karaoke

Free pick-up from the ferry terminal. There is also shuttle service at 10am to Nagoya Hill. There was a lot of mosquitoes in our room. The room service came and sprayed repellent immediately - prompt service.
