Hotel location is good for travelers by planes

Overall experience is very good with the service of all the friendly staff, cleanliness in the room and public areas in the hotel. However the surrounding / environment is still undeveloped with only a few local stores and countryside style eateries but nothing authentic for good memory. One plus point is that the hotel is very near by the Hang Nadim Airport ( 10 minutes by car ) and there may not be traffic congestion as there are not busy road along the way.

Bearable but one night is enough.

Check-in took longer than expected. Whilst it was a one-person desk, processing the two people ahead of me seemed to take longer than it needed to. The staff seemed friendly enough though. I discovered on check-in there was a requirement for a rp50,000 cash deposit on check-in (got a receipt and refund on check-out though). Hotel room felt a bit cramped - I think due to the lighting. The room was bearable though. It was not as clean as it could be, with the bedsheets stained and I found a hair between the covers too. The floor looked clean but did not feel it; slippers were provided though. No fire safety/emergency information in the room and there were exposed wires for the fuse/ecd showing. Check-out was quicker as no queue, and I got my deposit back swiftly from the friendly receptionist. Breakfast looked ‘ok’ but mostly meat/fish based so none for vegetarians. Took a Grab to the airport as the hotel car, ‘on standby’ cost rp50,000! (Grab was 24,000). Overall passable for a night and ok price (a bit high by Indonesian standards) but might stay somewhere a bit more relaxing next time. Noted that you can get a discount on room rate rp300,000 if you have transit boarding pass for Batam Airport.

What can i say, all bad experience. Room rain leaking on window area. Bed feels dusty and itchy. Breakfast 6am to 10am. 9.20am i eat, nothing left and didnt fill again. If world still have other hotel, wont come again.

A clean and friendly hotel

About 40 minutes from batam centre. Breakfast is your nomal everyday feasts. Staff very friendly.
