As always the accommodation was excellent. The welcoming staff from security to front desk with a smile and courteous. Love to spend time during the evenings at level 1 lounge was relaxing and great hospitality from the waiters. There are always room of improvements to focus on customer / guest attractions. Thank you will visit again if the pricing is wright.

Hotel is clean and well equipped. Breakfast is good. Attentive wait staff. Centralised location to malls and ferry terminal. Special kudos to hotel staff, especially the room service team. Special shout out to front desk staff Ms Ani quickly assisted to troubleshoot an issue with my booking. I will definitely return and strongly recommend to anyone visiting Batam.

First time staying in Nagoya Hills n it was fantastic. It was easy access to Nagoya shopping mall n there are lots of eateries. Breakfast was fabulous, lots of variety of food every day. Will stay again in Nagoya Hills.

The location was good but the hotel are employing trainees and as such the rooms are not cleaned and maintained to a good standard. I stayed there for 5 nights and every night I return my room something is missing such as bathroom mats. Do they expect me to come at 1am in the morning and call reception to say these are missing. The staff at reception were great Alejandro at the concierge was great.

The location is great and easy access to other places as well. The shopping mall is right beside the hotel. The breakfast spread is great and the food is delicious. Only thing is the TV in the room. No channels to watch. We only managed to find YouTube which is at very slow rate. We watched until we fall asleep because the channels keep pausing. Anyway we only stayed one night but the experience is still good. Will consider to come stay again next time. It’s a wheelchair friendly hotel. Good.
