Very bad communication. Delayed my check in although requested for early check in. Ridiculous check in time at 3pm, checkout 11am.

The room was filthy. The toilet reeked of urine and there was a heavy build up of gunk all around the toilet bowl and shower area. The sheets were stained and smelled like they were sprayed over with a fabric freshener. Used towels in wardrobe and ‘fresh’ towels had a damp smell. Utterly disappointing.
