이 리뷰를 써야하나 그냥 지나쳐야하나 참 고민이 많았습니다. 저희야 한달 해외살기 중이라 이번일이 에피소드가 될 수 있지만 모처럼 가족이나 연인끼리 5,6일 정도로 여행을 오셨다면, 여행을 망칠 수도 있을 것 같아 이렇게 리뷰를 남깁니다. 자정이었습니다. 잘 준비를 하는 도중 세탁기실에서 주방쪽으로 작은 점들이 조금씩 움직이는 것이 보였습니다. 바로 바선생. 그것도 한두마리가 아닌 6~7마리 정도가 주방을 수색하고 있었습니다. 저는 충격에 빠져 나올세도 없이 바로 가방에 있던 벌레기피제를 난사했습니다. 그러자 그 녀석들이 세탁기실로 후퇴하기 시작했죠. 저는 이 기세를 몰아 세탁기실까지 침투해서 벌레기피제를 난사했습니다. 그때만해도 제가 승리할거라 생각했던 생각은 착각있었습니다. 벌레기피제의 영향이었을까요. 세탁기실 바닥의 카페트 밑에서 한번에 20~30마리의 바선생들이 쏟아져 나왔습니다. 결국 저는 후퇴하게 되었고 주방에 데드라인을 치고 새벽 2시 넘어서 까지 농성을 할 수밖에 없었습니다. 아내는 방에 불끄면 바선생이 들어올까봐 불을 켜놓은 채로 잠을 청했고, 결국 제대로 숙면을 취하지도 못 하고 다음날 패잔병처럼 다른 호텔로 옮겼습니다. 총 4박5일을 결제했지만 1박만 겨우 넘기고 그 곳을 빠져 나왔습니다. 돈이 문제가 아니라 생존의 문제였기 때문이었습니다. 침대는 주저앉았고 변기커버는 흔들거리고 쇼파는 얼룩이져서 변색됐고 이건 뭐 관리가 제대로 되고 있는지 의문인 곳 입니다. 그래도 관리자분께서 새벽까지 응대해주셔서 감사했습니다. 주저앉은 침대나 흔들리는 변기커버, 얼룩진 쇼파, 돌풍소리 같은 에어컨 등 부족한 부분에 조금 더 관리가 된다면 좋을 것 같습니다.

The best part of this stay is the location; you will never be short of food where the eateries are in abundance! If you talk about having live seafood, try Mama live seafood restaurant, it’s underrated and the price is so reasonable. The property is new, clean and tidy. Staffs are fantastic; so friendly and accommodating. The only setback I have is the water heater, hot water don’t last long, so please have a quick shower before it ran out! Other than this, for the price of the stay, location and cleanliness of the property: it’s worth it !

a pleasant 2N stay, hotel is located within walking distance to Nagoya Mall (if you don't mind the walking route) or you can book a Grab ride which is less than 5mins drive. Connecting rooms are available There are Eateries & Massage places just outside hotel, First Spa (24hrs) is within 5mins walking distance Bed is comfortable with 2 pillows Side note, hotel only issue 1 key card, extra key card can be requested with a refundable deposit There is no shower screen door so floor area would be wet after shower

호텔 수영장이 없는 가성비 좋은 호텔입니다. 조식이 무료로 제공되고, 조식메뉴도 훌륭한 것 같아요. 시설 깔끔하고 엘리베이터에 카드키 대면 자기방이 있는 층이 저절로 선택됩니다. 방에 있는 TV로 유튜브, 넥플릭스 등 시청 가능하구요. 호텔 정문 앞과 주변에 마사지샾, 카페, 식당 들 무수히 많습니다. 가까운 곳에 나고야힐 몰도 있구요. 재방문 의사 100% 호텔립니다.

Good Accommodation in Batam

Greeted by security that helped me with my bags. Concierge cleared me within 5 minutes. The room was quite spacious and quite comfortable. The hotel is located nearby a lot of food stalls.

They don’t have a normal lan line telephone in the room so you can’t even connect to front desk accessibly. Will have to connect to them using their Google nest which does not work upon repeated attempts. Simple function as accessing to front desk problem, reckon should not stay here.

Bedsheets, cups, stirrers have stains. Missing of one coffee cup in 1 of our room. Shampoo n body wash did not refill. Toilet bowl smelly. Room has some weird smell. Bathroom no clothes hanger. Compilatory water should provide 4 bottles instead. Overall non smoking rooms are acceptable. This hotel is accessible to many eatery, supermarts, massage etc

Everything was fine except the elevator and breakfast activity. Why one of the elevator was shutdown during peak hours @when there is two section time frame given for breakfast timing? The lacking of manpower during breakfast makes the area congested. Tables were not supply with napkin or tissue papers.
