"The hotel was beautiful! I loved everything about it! The terrace view of the city at night time was so pretty! Neighborhood is very clean, high-end stores all around and lots to do all within walking distance! Staff treated you like royalty."

"Staying at the Mason was fantastic! As I am also a in the Bahamas I pay close attention to detail and everything was A+. The response time from the host was super fast and we never felt in a quandary as to what to do. We arrived past the check in time of 12am and Ashish was there waiting when we arrived - flawless check in! I can’t say enough about the location but that it was near great restaurants, grocery stores and directly across from the Eaton Center Mall.
If we ever return to Toronto...

"Great location with a fabulous view. So convenient for our Toronto adventure and just steps away from Massey Hall. Host interactions were smooth and communications were supportive and helpful. Will be looking forward to another stay down the road. "
"Unfortunately as beautiful and accommodating the property is, the addiction and homelessness less than a block away isn’t favourable. However, the hotel and staff are exceptional! "
"Its a tiny thing but, unlike most hotels the room layout has a nice separation between the bathroom and the sleeping area so if you prefer an early morning shower and your partner likes to sleep in, you don't need to fret about noise."
